What would you say to the owner who says, I don't need this, but okay, well, if you don't think you need this, here are the things that you need to be paying attention to when it comes to protecting that demand.
15:25
What we do now is rather than making a claim like hey you need this hey you don't need this we actually tell owners who who are skeptical or unsure that we can actually run a diagnostic to see how much opportunity you're leaving in the table what i mean by that specifically we could actually look at how well their dispatch team is distributing opportunities amongst top technicians today without using, you know, without having a sign up for pro book.
15:59
And we can actually put a number to how many aged opportunities are not getting assigned correctly and use that to kind of present them with a data informed hypothesis around how big their, their dispatching problem.
16:16
And so I think rather than trying to, you know, talk in generalities and platitudes, just making a data-driven, educated hypothesis is the best way to do it.
16:30
There are a lot of other ways that you should be thinking about protecting your demand as well, right? Making sure your data is clean, making sure your customer experience is really tight.
16:43
Obviously, ProBook automates a lot of the communication that, you know, companies do with their customers after they're booked.
16:53
We have ProBooks customers that use all of the ProBook automation, but they've now repurposed their team to really be like white glove customer experience liaison drivers.
20:08
So like walk me through the whole process of what you guys are able to do.
8:02
And we use a whole lot more than just the dispatch function.
8:07
Yeah.
8:07
So everyone started and write tech break call.
8:11
You guys had a great year and you guys did a bunch of things, but grateful to have been on that journey.
8:18
The next thing we've built that kind of took dispatching to the next level is just a more automated version of dispatch that we call touchless dispatching.
8:26
We're actually kind of like phasing out the old version of dispatching, just calling everything dispatching, but this is the version that does not only setting the board and write tech break call, but we're actually listening to your phone calls, digging into old equipment, photos of data plates, basically cleaning up your data and also communicating with their customers, not just giving them ETAs throughout the day, but calling and texting your customers when they're ready to be seen next in line, following up on chats using AI so dispatch doesn't have to be in the chat all day long, following up on parts.
8:57
And so went from just simply doing right tech, right call to doing the communications and the data cleanup that dispatchers used to do.

17:56
Why is it so important to you, and how did you guys get so good at it?
15:15

4:03
But yeah, give us kind of the origin story of ProBook and then maybe kind of give us a little bit of a teaser of, you know, where you guys are heading and we'll kind of dive in from there.
4:12
Yeah, 100% Chad.
4:14
So, you know, origin story, I actually used to be a contractor.
4:17
I pressure wash houses in upstate New York where I grew up.
4:21
Grew up in the Hudson Valley, which is about an hour and a half north of New York City.
4:25
And I was spending two to three hours a day just doing window time, running my pressure washing business with my dad.
4:31
We covered about six counties.

That's fine.
