We receive food from the major supermarkets in Geelong, which is, uh, past the use-by date or not needed anymore.

Uh, that food comes into Geelong Foodshare, and that food is sorted, the fruit and vegetables, and very little of it has to be thrown out really.

They are then frozen, and what happens is how they distribute the food is that they have a shop there, which is equivalent to a supermarket, where people come, uh, they come with food vouchers, so no money changes hands.
