First, let me just say that it's even essentially non-debatable.

The data is so clear that having a degree or certificate from a post-secondary education institution pays dividends for the rest of your life.

And so that return on investment is significant.

But that is not a guarantee that just getting any college degree or any certificate from anywhere will give you that kind of return.
