So what's your experience when kids are in that place where they need to talk about both things?

Well, I, I, I definitely think there's a lot of conversation right now around the country about when do we forensically interview them and when do we talk to them about potential, especially things that are involved like Miranda rights, right? So we have to be very clear and specific.

These kids don't understand that.

Depending on their age, they might not have the comprehension around, like, even abstract thinking.

So when we, we explain things, um, I, I train clinicians all the time and I say, "And you stop and you go, 'Do you have any questions?'" And what does the kid say? They go, "No." And I'm like, "You can't ask if they have any..." They don't want...

So understanding those things is gonna be really important.
