And when I offered solutions and solutions really are just me saying, trying you know things out and understanding what sticks for me and yeah just generally learning obviously about productivity a lot of neuroscience and habit formation and beliefs and that sort of thing and then sharing it and being like oh now people actually want to pay me for that so well maybe that's a business opportunity and then really turning around my business that was something different I was running a virtual assistant agency where it was more systemized so I was helping people with productivity but more from a system perspective and then it switched more over to the whole the more holistic view and and yeah that's that's what I do now because it's a lot of just lived experience and sharing and talking and trying to just find ways to to help people with that
9:12
Yeah, exactly.
9:12
And there is no one size fits all solution in this.
9:15
You know, I do feel like we both help people with kind of sort like the same type of thing.
9:24
And it's just beautiful to look at these humans and see, OK, what fits for you? Because for me, I feel like for me, it kind of was like.
9:34
Yeah, I believed I had to earn rest before because I do have several brands under me, two with a co-founder, two I'm running by myself.
9:44
So that's a lot of work.

So yeah, I hope that answers the question.
10:16
you?
10:19
Yeah.
10:20
I'm not sure whether I chose them or not, but I don't fully blame my parents for what happened to me.
10:26
I'm like, okay, you guys try to do what you knew with the resources that you had back at that time.
10:36
And the fact that my dad, he has huge narcissistic tendencies or he is a narcissist.
10:41
Well, according to my therapist, he is one as far as I've been able to describe him but you can't just put a stamp on someone else as long as they're not willing to get any help but they kind of tried I would say but on the other hand I know that this lesson was probably necessary for me to get where I'm at right now my therapist also told me well Jen I'm so happy that for the past years you've done this work because actually you're very early on in the process a lot of people uncover this in their 40s or in their 50s so it's a blessing that you're already seeing what you're seeing right now you could have been in a standard job you could have been living a standard life and you could have gone through a huge midlife crisis but you basically are averted from that because you saw on time in your 20s that something was not okay something was not normal in your situation but it did result in relationships before i went through all that with a huge narcissistic person as well because which is the catalyst

23:05
What about you?
23:08
I recognize a lot of your journey in mind because I also started with a lot of talk therapy.
27:23
Whatever you're comfortable with, right?
27:25
No, I should.
27:26
I should.
27:27
Because, you know, there has to be a release next month and everything.
27:31
So I kind of have to share about this because otherwise a book will never... come into existence.
27:36
And I actually, I'm looking at the manuscript as we're talking, because I actually, I typed out things, I printed them.
27:43
I really started writing a bit more.
