Why are you particularly passionate about this topic?

It's really interesting because I've been married for 43 years.

I've never been divorced.

However, I have sat across the desks from so many women over the years in my career and even in my personal life with friends and family that have experienced the intricacies of separating and divorcing and don't know what the steps are.

In my family, when my sister first divorced, she had no experience of that.

We didn't really know anyone who was divorced.

And so it's really interesting when people find themselves in that position and they that they can often just stick their head in the sand.
