Yeah, I developed anorexia nervosa at about the age of 20 when I was at university.

I definitely had kind of disordered eating throughout my teens, but that was when it really kind of took hold.

And that went on for a few years before I eventually kind of sought help and entered recovery.

about five or so years, it felt like I had quite a few different phases of my recovery and with ups and downs, but I think learning from each up and down and pop different kind of phases, I was fortunate enough to access private treatment, which included some nutritionist support and seeing a psychologist weekly for CBTE therapy, kind of in intensity sometimes to twice weekly even, and also support from a psychiatrist.
