What's the explanation for a sleep paralysis?

I actually don't even have a copy of my own book in front of me.

But to basically sum it up, it is a brain misfire where, this is what the scientists believe, it is a brain misfire where there's a chemical in your body when you start to fall asleep.

It's usually released, um, right before the REM phase, the rapid eye movement phase of sleep, where our- it kind of paralyzes our bodies.

And this is so we don't act out our dreams or nightmares in our sleep, you know? Which some people still do sometimes, um, but it- it's a rare occasion.

... as I said earlier, sometimes it's earthbound spirits.

I don't know if it's one or many.

I believe it's one at this point in my research, that used to be human, uh, back in, like, the beginning of time, and stayed earthbound, and somehow, either through sorcery or some kind of dark, dark magic, for lack of a better way of saying that, ended up this immortal being.

I do believe the Hat Man serves a lower vibration entity like a demon or a devil, and I believe that they, like the BEK and like some other, um, shadow beings and like some extraterrestrials tend to be, they are after our fear, our terror, and that is what feeds the Hat Man.

That is what he thrives off of.

And I also feel like that is probably why a lot of the time he is with other lower vibrating types of shadow entities, but he doesn't necessarily do anything.

Well, here's the thing, and I can actually respond to that of what I know about that, right? So, hell does exist, definitely.

And humans do sometimes go there.

I'm just saying it's very rare that that happens.
