and that happens in in our in our athletic careers as well you know we we we're planning for a stressful situation then we try and do something it becomes more stressful because it hasn't quite worked out as we thought it would like yes guidance do you can you like what light can you shed on on on that for us

So all those, what you've just described is very normal when somebody is taking themselves outside of their comfort zone.

People love to talk about, everyone knows that growth happens outside their comfort zone these days, don't they? They just don't recognize when they're outside their comfort zone because they hate being there.

They go, oh, this is horrible.

They don't like it here.

people feeling that at the moment.
