As matter of factly, actually, I am a former Verizon employee.

I ran call centers, and we were sales-based, and we always had a prize closet.

It was the time of the year we would clean it out to get the new stuff for the new season, and one of my reps that was helping me came to my desk, and she had a cup.

And she was like, "Miss Gaye, what you want me to do with this?" And I said, "What is that?" And it was a skein of yarn, and it had two sticks in it.
