So could you start by telling us a little bit about your career history and the lessons learned from some of your roles prior to today?

Okay, where do I start on this one? I mean, I've had a kind of, I suppose, a 30-year career.

I graduated from university back in 1996.

And kind of during that time, I've moved across different sectors.

I would say more by accident than kind of design, if I'm honest.

I've kind of worked in, I suppose, hospitality for the last 20, 20 years in various guises.

I began my career as a chartered accountant.

So on that point, actually, if we were to zoom out and view the whole hospitality market beyond just Claremont Hotel Group's place in it, how would you describe the health of London's hotel market at the moment? And what are you seeing in terms of how visitors are spending and behaving?
