You know, how does exceedance address that sort of, you know, we feel your pain, we understand that, but we can still help

Gavin Lilly-WhiteGUEST
you? So when we think about our agentic model, we've essentially built this agentic suite for ourselves, servicing those 350 plus clients, right? So by default, we've been able to validate, test and test the efficacy of that agentic model internally first on our own workflows, because we have to correspond to the same pressures because we're under cost pressure from clients as well.

Gavin Lilly-WhiteGUEST
So by default, we're able to bring that learning and bring that capability into new prospect clients as well.

Gavin Lilly-WhiteGUEST
So what we're saying is actually it doesn't have to cost the earth, right? Okay.

Gavin Lilly-WhiteGUEST
But you've also got to think about your own as an MGA, your own sort of existential existence, right? Because if you don't do this...

Gavin Lilly-WhiteGUEST
then the reality is, are you going to survive this next off market? Because as I said earlier, investors now are less patient, insurers are less patient, there's more threats and pressure coming in from regulators around, and maybe we'll touch on that later, around claims and around treating customers fairly and product efficacy.

Mike KeatingHOST
the word sort of back office and uh you know i've stolen a phrase that you know claims in a soft market claims is only where you can put margin back in uh given what we're doing so so what you know given that's again part of the menu of which exceedance can do you know just share sort of where you see sort of the claims ecosystem currently around the insurer, MGA, TPA, you know, what's your, you know, am I right? Am I wrong? What's your sense? Am I being unfair?
