Well, can you tell me a little bit about like your history with chicken-keeping, and why you decided to become an educator? I wanna hear the story.

Well, uh, a- as a boy, uh, you know, I was raised on a farm in Dry Creek, Louisiana.

Dry Creek is a very, very rural community.

If you go there today, it's still very rural.

B- back then we didn't even have a flashing light.

We, uh, we just had a stop sign, and that's the only way that you knew.

And it was famous for a big Baptist encampment was there, and, and, and that was kinda, kinda it.
