So the things that we do around here, we try to get involved with things that actually matter to our membership.

The approach that we use is to engage them in a way with the things that matter to them.

So things like community events.

But if you engage them about other things that really matter to them and into their life...

They'll see you as a trusted partner and a real person on the end of the line when they call.

And it's not a robotic corporation that they are dealing with.
