So what we've found is that over the years the business has grown and these workers have come in and they need housing and that has created an issue, obviously being a smaller town and the limitations of availability of housing.

We're sort of at the point now where every time we look to expand or look to take on another employee, we go out first questions, where are they going to live?

I think what they're proposing to do is excellent because it's looking at giving opportunities and more availability of accommodation which allows the businesses in the region to expand and for regional areas to survive they must have business.
