But when did you see the business starting to become, in your mind, a serious growth prospect?

Well, it's interesting you say it because people talk about, you know, what was your strategic plan? What was your vision? I did things very incrementally and sequentially.

And so there wasn't an epiphany saying, this is it.

It was like one day, one year, one decade at a time.

So as things were happening in the marketplace, for example, we were one of the first staffing firms to ask the client, the company, to pay the fee.

Initially, many staffing firms asked the client, I mean the candidate, to pay the fee.

So if you wanted a job, they said, you know, pay $200 or whatever the number was.

But relative to education and performing arts and health care, is your involvement based on an event like that? Was there an event that instigated your interest in all these fields?
