There's a highwayman and he is involved with this landlord's daughter of an inn.

The British military is on the hunt for this guy and they find out that he and her have a thing.

So they basically hole up in her dad's place of business.

When he comes, we'll catch him and we'll kill him.

And so it's a way that we can take in awful events and turn them into something a little more manageable.
