What were the challenges?

Well, I think the biggest challenge, quite frankly, Javier, was mindset.

You know, everybody comes to work every day and they fit into their little world, their little box.

And when I got there, you know, I had no preconceived notions.

I didn't know, you know, how stupid I was, you know, or how ignorant I was about things.

I just looked at things very practically and objectively.
