And we never wait a long time to actually make a decision.

So the first thing you'd always do is have your benchmark and your numbers and all the metrics that you're looking to move that will give you the result that you want.

So one that wouldn't be the thing is not working is one of the elements isn't working.

So would you stick with that person for a period of time and defend them to the board? Or actually, would you think, actually, it's the wrong person, I'll replace them?
