You've got sort of the, you call it tram car or street car suburb, pre-war neighborhoods are not upzoned, followed by more prevalence of upzoning medium in density, and then on the fringe is more of the non-upzoned again.

I think it's fair to say that at the time it was more than what a lot of people wanted and wasn't as much as what other people wanted so the political process plays out in a democratic context and so you get something that is I guess what society is prepared to live with at a point in time you can think of it that way This is really a visual sort of look at the amount of housing that is supplied.
