Could you tell me a bit about that process, what you learned along the way, mistakes, things you did right?

Okay.

Interview process was definitely a shocking process to me.

I will preface this and say we're in a uniquely hard time in the biotech market.

Previously, when I started, we had biotech recruiters foaming at the mouth to recruit people out of the University of Georgia.

I'm telling you now, that is not the case at the moment, but it could come back to that soon.

But yeah, so basically I defended in November of 2025 and started job searching essentially the day after I defended.

Do you think that there's something that people can do to be more prepared for that first interview?
