If you are a business who maybe doesn't have that much experience in AI or they're just kind of using AI very, very ad hoc, what kind of thing do you think they should look out for when they're starting to look to see if their agency is using AI and how they're
14:52
using AI? they should really be looking for their agency and actually any supplier, anyone they work with to really make sure they're using AI in a way that kind of augments and helps them do whatever they're doing, provide the service they're providing so that it is adding extra value and And really to make sure that they're not just using it to fill gaps in their own skill set, maybe that you could you could be doing yourself.

So, for example, if you're working with, say, a digital marketing agency and they don't currently support you with SEO and they go, oh, we could start providing you SEO services.

if all they're going to do is plug your stuff into an AI tool and feed that back to you, they're not adding any value.

15:53
... um, and yet pursued it anyway, because at the end of the day, [laughs] we need to make money.
15:58
Especially when I was running my own business, it was, okay, doesn't feel quite right, but the money's there.
16:06
You know, we've got salaries to pay, et cetera.
16:08
You take it on.
16:10
What I've learned over the years is often my gut is, is right, um, and those clients end up actually costing you in business because of the difficulties that you have managing them, um, and costs more ways than just the kind of that monetary thing.
16:27
It's, you know, the detriment to, uh, your mental health, you know, the stress of trying to manage a difficult client.
21:31
Actually, I'd really like to recommend this agency called Rich Harper's Business.
