so that you stay on the right side of the line so that you can start and unfortunately it's one of those things where only later on in your career you get to focus more on the person because in from the start to there it's more about survival than than anything else or does it depend very much on the environment where you start so just maybe your take on on that

You know, throughout my career, I've worked in, you know, several different environments, from one that was heavily sort of commercially focused, where it's about driving product and production, then moving sort of more into a space where it was about being a lot more professional and focusing on the planning, and then kind of taking that journey and now being in a space to be able to step into your own expression of that from building something from the ground up.

um to really give you the right advice so we need to make this a longer process or is it because of all of the paperwork and the regulation and all of the the difficulties that has that has come our way and hurdles that we've got to overcome which is all meant to help us by the way it's not not meant as a bad thing but but do you think it's because we are evolving as a profession or is it because we are forced to to do so and is there a way to still keep it as few meetings as possible
