Mm.
51:46
And it's, it's not the most ideal build when you're just cross-training, you know, for three, four, five weeks at a time.
51:53
But, um, yeah, I mean, you just try to, try to hit it with everything, you know, all the therapy stuff, like, you know, looking at any modality that can help you heal better.
52:05
You know, I was, I was all about that.
52:07
You know, it was about-- For me, I looked at it as investing in myself and, um, you just, you never know what you can find out there.
52:13
But anything you can try to do to accelerate that healing, and then as long as you're taking care of, like, your fitness by working hard, you know, cross-training in the gym and, um, like I would always do anything I could that didn't aggravate a injury.
52:28
And, you know, I was-- I told you, like, with my planner, I think I ran-- It might've been in 20- 2017.

time.Is there any aspect of the Chicago course that you're thinking about? Like, I know it's pretty flat out there, but, like, for those who maybe haven't run it before, is there a focus area? Is there a watch-out? Is there something that people think it's just flat and easy, but actually this one section can get hard? Um, yeah, what should rookies know?
33:58
Do you do it ever?
33:59
Yeah.
33:59
I, and I do it under Mike, but, you know, and when I was running with Alvaro, we never did it.
34:05
You know, we did straight tempo runs where we would just run for, you know, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten miles and... or, you know, sometimes I would do 20 miles where I would just run hard for the whole 20 miles.
34:16
But we rarely did things, um, on timed rest.
34:20
I mean, it was super rare.
34:22
We did things a lot more where everything was very intense, and the important thing was keeping rest, like, consistent, so you're able to, um, you know, kinda compare reps or compare workouts.

Is 40 different than 30? Like, i- is that an excuse for you yet? Like, or is that in your mind? Do you feel different? Like, is it an advantage 'cause now you have extra thousands of miles and, like, how do you approach it? Or you just don't even think about it, and you feel 20 still?
