how does that like mesh with some of your engineering background?

Yeah.

So when I was in college during the summers, I would go up to Fire Island or my aunt owned a bakery restaurant in Fire Island and she invited me to go and work in it.

So that's basically like the best job that you can get as a college student is going up to Fire Island during the summer and working in a bakery on the beach.

And so and then I've been baking since I was like four years old.

And it was always a passion of mine.

Food has always been a passion of mine.

Well, as we're getting into kind of the bakery side of things, why don't you sort of explain, you know, what was the vision for it to begin with? If it's changed at all and then like what what can people expect when they when they go in there?
