So with that in mind, Can you please run us through the investment trends you're seeing across Europe and the opportunities you see for investors?

Absolutely.

I think we've seen a second wave of first mover investors coming into renewable generation and increasingly storage.

I'll say second wave because I think the first wave was those who invested in the more subsidized feed-in tariff-based programs.

And then, you know, after the adverse changes and the regulatory changes, there was a bit of pause in some of the countries as investor appetite waned.

What we see right now is this a lot of markets in CEE have moved from this classical state aid or end user financed support schemes.

to more market-driven, economically sustainable models.

now that's a challenge that is going to need a lot of international effort to rebuild and rebuild it better what are your views on the needs um of what needs to be done in Ukraine and what is your sense of the appetite for its energy sector
