And are there some structural things that you're seeing in terms of what's delaying or keeping these exits from happening? Is this pent-up exit supply or maybe there's more of a structural challenge?
6:38
I think there is no one single answer.
6:42
I think to some extent we do see, let's say, pent-up exit supply.
6:45
There will be assets part of the 17,000, they just crossed the four years mark, they're fundamentally great assets.
6:51
They've struggled from a slightly unfavorable market environment, and we would expect them to transact soon.
6:57
We also see a set of assets in the market where we think, let's say, the, there are some changes in the-- there are some changes, um, to the business, and we think an extended holding period, one or two more years of additional value creation, one or two more years of additional proof points on addressing AI, one or two more years of additional proof points to back up the equity story with real value creation really will make a dent, a positive dent in the exit opportunities.
7:23
But then because the environment changed, we would also expect that there's a set of asset where the entire, let's say, business case and rationale change, where you would see assets that either hold significantly more value over the next five years, where we exactly see the consideration of re-underwriting or continuation vehicles.

And so as we look at these six lessons, is the sequence of how you actually pursue them important, or should you be focusing on anything as a first priority, or is it more sort of an integrated set of levers that you wanna pull? Fred?
