So now on to Fred.

I'm gonna give a quick intro about what Tier.Road is.

Before starting, uh, th- this company, I was working for a large road concession on more traditional tolling, and I had the experience to see how challenging that approach was to expand to more roads and potentially all roads in the future.

Coming to Oregon, that's where I realized that there was, like, much more potential to try to leverage existing technology already in vehicles.

And 10 years ago where there was less technology, but today there's even more and more possibility to do pricing, leveraging what's already there, not trying to add new toll tags or other technology inside the vehicles to be able to do pricing.

And so that's was the foundation of our company, and we have been leveraging that idea and trying to support different, uh, pricing schemes with traditional tolling, road usage charging, congestion management, and freight permitting with working closely with governments around the world.

Our solution, in a nutshell, is trying to take as the data as it is from all the different sources already available on the road or in the vehicles, and then apply pricing to it based on the different scenario, tolling, road usage charging, congestion pricing, and fr- and freight charging.
