So you asked me a very politically loaded question because I don't think this answer is just an economics answer.

That's a policy question which boils down to politics and economics because in a country like South Africa, you can't really separate politics and economics they basically fuse into one thing so if you really want an answer on that i'll give you a really loaded answer but let me give it to you i would relax some of the bee economic empowerment regulations because we know what's the starting situations of africa we signed a deal with um I think Jeff Bezos' company to get internet into South Africa, satellite internet, but there's not really enough satellites to do that.

So we do deals that's really contradictory to what we really need within the South African market.

So I would say you need to revisit the BE legislation, especially how it relates to the money going into South Africa and investments that we need to do and the money that flows to a certain connected individuals.

I think Professor Komete made an estimation that the benefits of, let's say, these type of deals flow to 100 individuals in South Africa in totality in 30 years.

So we talk about one trillion rand that's been siphoned off to politically connected elites.
