As we're in the same boat, what are some of the things you're experiencing and even learning that's brought on purpose as a father right now?

Oh, man.

I feel like the last episode you all did around work-life balance and the myth of that puts just such a helpful covering over the season that I'm in where, man, on the work side of things, Man, I'm being entrusted to lead at a higher level than I've ever led before to like in some ways lead individuals that are above me in the organization and like help equip them and help them grow and figure out the message they need to communicate.

Man, I'm being entrusted to guide more of the strategy for our events and look longer term.

And so I'm really grateful for all that.

But what it's come with is.

is a different level of pressure, which I don't think is bad.

not at all what I was hoping you
