CVs, CVs will always be there in some form.

Um, but by the time someone's sent me a CV, I've usually already connected with them on LinkedIn.

I've usually already had a conversation with them.

I'm usually at the point of understanding the candidate that I want to put them to my client, and then I'll ask them if they've got a CV.

I've got, I've got clients that don't even need the CV.
