Tell me a little bit about that.

A lot of the cameras that you might see around you now on your commute to work, driving around your city, are these automated license plate readers or ALPRs.

And they are taking a lot of images of your car driving by and specifically your license plate.

A company like Flock is... taking photos of your license plate and putting it in this nationwide network that police departments or customers of flock safety can access and there's a lot of data that can come from your license plate and following the movements of your car One of the cameras you might see a lot of are ALPRs, but there's plenty of other surveillance technology around you, whether it's flock drones that are now being introduced at some local police departments or these robot security guards are another camera that I've seen.

Surveillance technology has been around for decades, but it is being introduced at a quicker rate than we've seen in the past.
