I mean, my uncle-in-law, he's ninety-seven years old, moved into independent living, and they-- the first thing they gave was gave him th-this pendant to wear, and it was free.

Didn't cost him anything.

You know, Medicare or Medicaid's paying for this somewhere, and it's still in the box.

He, he hasn't even taken it out because he doesn't want to wear it.

How do you decide when it's go time and it's good enough to launch and begin gathering customer feedback, but not at risk of sacrificing the customer's trust?
