So, you know, from your point of view, what does a high performing board understand about its role that a dysfunctional board does not?

Well, a lot of times it's not even the board members' fault here what I'm going to say, because they've never been trained on how to be a healthy board member.

They're just kind of thrown to the wolves with a minor kind of like, here's the bylaws, here's this, here's that, welcome to the board.

But really, they come as their... into the position as a board member with the understanding that their job is now to run the Chamber of Commerce.

And they want to get into the weeds of operations and tell the staff how to do their job or how to achieve the goals.

And in good, healthy chambers, they know the separation.

Staff is operations.

So where can, in your mind, where can AI create the greatest immediate value for chambers of commerce and where should chamber pros also exercise some caution when they're working with AI.
