Yeah, I, I think, you know, it's, it's a great point about the reps, and I think, like, the internships are really key.

Frank CusumanoGUEST
So I didn't go to University of Missouri Columbia, so it's not a renowned journalism school, but what I did was I had the internships at Channel 5 and at KMOX Radio, and I just made sure that I was gonna be the best intern.

Frank CusumanoGUEST
And w- we've had a lot of interns in my 34 years at Channel 5, and I always tell them, you know, "By the end of this internship, I better know your name and, and you, you have better have made an impression on me.

Frank CusumanoGUEST
And when, when I ask you to do something, I want you to blow me away with an unbelievable, you know, a f- a feature story or a great idea or logging of a game or writing of a script." I mean, you have got to be the greatest intern of all time because there's such few jobs in this business.
