Frank AntonucciGUEST
The browser, for instance, the Tori browser extension, that's a major way of capturing shadow IT.

Frank AntonucciGUEST
So these are all things that Tori ties together from a technology standpoint.

Paul KnittleHOST
Walk me through the emotional reaction in the room when a CFO or a CIO runs a Tory discovery and sees their actual sass brawl for the first time.

So Frank, I'd like to take this opportunity to ask you to tell us about the property appraisal process in Geauga County and how much property values have gone up in recent years.

Frank AntenucciGUEST
It is one of the biggest criticisms that my boss, Otterwalder, has in terms of this whole appraisal process.

Frank AntenucciGUEST
every six years and that's when appraisers go out into the field and they do appraise every home in the county to the gentleman's point they don't go inside nor would i let an appraiser inside my home either so i actually completely sympathize with that but it is what would be considered like a street appraisal so these appraisers go through they go through the neighborhoods they build that appraisal they turn in the numbers that make the most sense based on market value and home sales and all of that And then the county auditor's responsibility then is to simply pass that information along to the state of Ohio, and the state of Ohio ultimately determines what that number is going to be.
