David began the conversation by asking Francis for anything that stood out.

out.Well, uh, that, that's also reflected in the regulatory data.

Uh, we do see the easing margin, the pressure, and, uh, uh, both, uh, many of the banks, that they have sequential improvement in the second quarter margins.

I see that as a more important, the matrix than the, uh, year-on-year comparison.

Uh, and, uh, lending growth, uh, is slowed a little bit, uh, for these banks, uh, except for, uh, Agricultural Bank.

But it, it, they are still leading the country in the growth base.

Um, and, and they are really, uh, uh, making more funding to, uh, the, the sectors, uh, uh, which are lane, uh, aligned with, uh, uh, Beijing's policies, especially for technology manufacturing, such as such.

Um, what, what do you think you, you, we're likely to see? I mean, do you think this is meaningful? Uh, and do you think these sort of measures are gonna really help in terms of the property side? And what impact do you think that could have on the banks?

Mm-hmm.

And so there's these divisions.

And then he later goes, "Therefore, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty concerning the body and blood of the Lord." Later he says, "Anyone who eats and drinks without discerning the body eats and drinks judgment on himself.

That is why many of you are weak and ill, and some have died.

But if we judged ourselves truly, we would not be judged." Now, I believe that that is speaking about the body and blood of Christ and a reverence for the table.

So I'd love for you to pray, pray Francis.

Yes, Lord.

We are in a time when this is all we can do, and it's all we need to do in some ways, Lord.

Yeah.

And, uh, it, I, I don't think we can control those things.

I don't think that there's a, um, an answer of, hey, this is what you do.

I think, uh, I, I think the key is when you hear testimonies of people like yourself and go, "Gosh, this is when I cried out to God, um, and that's when He met me." And, and maybe as people hear enough stories like that, um...

And so, like, what would your encouragement be right now, maybe to the church, maybe to this generation, maybe to content? Whatever's on your heart to say, but I'm just curious on what encouragement or wisdom you can give.

And the key is exactly what you're doing is increasing your enjoyment of him.

Then it becomes like, what am I going to leave him? Like, that's ridiculous.

I mean, don't you feel like when all those disciples or all the people were leaving and he looks at the disciples, are you going to leave? And Peter's like, where would we go? You've got the keys to eternal life.

Like right now, I think in our minds, we're like, what am I going to leave God? After everything we've been talking about and what he's done our whole lives? Like, no.

And yet we're seeing so many people do that exact thing.

Okay, let's do it.

... you know, moving into our house? Like, and, and so it's just, you, you, you don't realize how much that affects you.

But then you also ...

It's like these things happen in your soul and you, you don't have words for it.

But then you realize, now looking back, wow, for Stan to disciple me for every week, for Mike and Vicky to let me into their home, no one did this back then, you know? I was like, whoa, I'm living in their house.

I want what they have."
