... what you're choosing.

I think, uh, the, the, the, the point was additive was born from, uh, the problems of traditional manufacturing, especially on m- on small to medium batches production.
4:46
It started from prototyping, but it evolved a long way.
4:49
And of course, the concept has always been how can we use the production of just-in-time distributed parts, uh, with, uh, digital logistics, for example, to enable production with lower cost to set up that production and lower, I would say, uh, problems in distributing this production and ship it all over the world.
5:08
It started with that, with that mission, and of course, it focused more on, you know, smaller parts at the beginning with a concept of a box.
5:15
Uh, I didn't wanna generalize it, but most of the 3D printers are a box with a head that moves typically on three axis.
5:22
And that was already a big, big innovation because w- instead of subtracting material, just to give an example of an alternative of how you could do it, or mold the material and then, uh, pure plastic in it and just mold out parts, you're just adding digitally layer on layer or on, on, on that part.

Um, how, how do you think about leadership, and how does it play a role here in managing that complexity, um, both in regional but also in technical?
