Thank you and Francesca what was your involvement in this, coming to this as a team together? So

Francesca HaldaneGUEST
my background has primarily been in kind of the veterinary public health sphere, kind of in like an ambassador role for the University of Cambridge and kind of that kind of policy and also wildlife and conservation background.

Francesca HaldaneGUEST
But the way the team kind of came together was, so I found out about the opportunity by complete chance And the more I looked into it, the more I was like, I have to do this.

Francesca HaldaneGUEST
Like, this is something that is... almost kind of like a once in a lifetime opportunity so I was already good friends with Shreya and Rudy and knowing how much they were involved in other areas like veterinary adjacent and also within the veterinary sphere I um just thought I was like they were the first people that came came into my mind that I knew they would be amazing so I went to Shreya and I was like What do you think of this idea? And then we brought Rudy on board.

And I think that the way that you've come at it is making sure there is a sustainability, but also the fact that it could be scaled up, not only in the region, but as you said, maybe in other regions where this is still a prevalent disease and Francesca I'm sure you can talk about this in that one of the slides you presented was about the theory of change and how you've created a self-sustaining campaign and you shifted from a push to a pull mechanism but I want to hear what that meant for you when you were sort of looking into it as a theory as an idea and then how you intend to actually implement that.

Francesca HaldaneGUEST
Yeah, so I suppose one of the main goals of our project was to kind of maximize those long-term impacts.
