When did you start to see the decline really kick in?

During COVID, they were really isolated from us and we couldn't go and visit them.

My dad started buying groceries for everyone in the household.

My mom had carers that were living as well as the domestic help and the gardener.

And he did that to try and keep them COVID safe.

But his grocery bill absolutely just went through the roof.

Then next thing he was paying for my mom's carer's child's education.

What was that turning point where it actually became clear to you that It was getting to that point now where there was going to need to be quite a significant intervention, I suppose, in their affairs.
