And, and why I even went into this was the connection of people being in, that come in to work out and take care of their bodies, and that were having, having struggling with menopause, and that's when I first figured out the whole menopause thing.

Uh, you know, that, that's what led me to, hmm, there's might be something with, with this meditation stuff and this awakening stuff and, and this energy stuff.

There might be something to this.

I can live a, uh, a better life.
