Basically, it's exactly what it says on the tin.

So if you have a fresh embryo transfer, you're going into an embryo transfer straight after your IVF or your ICSI procedure.

So the embryos are cultured in the incubator.

Day zero is the day of your egg collection.

So that's how we count because often people get confused with that.
