And see, we can only really go back what I'm sitting by.

I'm sitting by Fort Monmouth Revolutionary War.

You know, I'm sitting by, you know, all of that Trenton and gosh, West Point and the Hudson River.

So many different battles out here.

But in New Jersey, I mean, they're saying that New Jersey on the East Coast is like the Hollywood of the East Coast.

Yeah, because they built that big at Fort Monmouth.

They built that big Netflix place.

And the film festival that they have is amazing.

I got my MOS, I better explain this, was a 31S30.

And basically what it was, it was, I went to Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, and it was a signal school.

And I was trained in secure military communications.

And it was called cryptology.

And they were coded, and that code was changed every 24 hours.

And in Vietnam time, it was 2 o'clock in the morning.

And while at Port Monmouth, it was a very secure sport because of this.

He had to have a security clearance.

You know where he worked? No.

Do you know where Fort Monmouth is? Yes.

That's like right around the corner from me.

Yeah.

Fort Monmouth is a military base in Monmouth County, New Jersey, which is right down the block from me pretty much.

Anyway, Julius conducted important research during World War II, particularly on communications, electronics, and missile control.

He was still very much involved in communist activities during this time.

Again, it was tracked on radar.

I believe this was maybe the Fort Monmouth incident there.

Um, but regardless, um, and it basically led to a general cable, uh, to feel like he was blindsided and that, uh, he really had a famous outburst in which he wanted to know who had been lying to him about, uh, the UFOs and that he wanted a good answer, uh, to the topic.

Uh, Because he had felt that up until that point, all of the reports that he had been getting were garbage.

You know, we were going to plan to build right now.

We're getting ready to open our newest collab space at Fort Monmouth.

But with my technology partners and vendors and everybody, I said, we can be operational and, and, a month or so.

The building was in such pristine condition and it had private offices, it had workstations, it had a full IT infrastructure.

So right now we have three of those.

That's, uh, Netflix, which is building their studio down at Fort Monmouth, and there's also Lionsgate, which is up in Newark, and then we've got Paramount, which has done a deal in Bayonne.

Um, so those are studios that are all in the process of being built.

They'll probably be finished by the end of 2027, top of 2028, and they get an additional 5% bump to 40%.

... that was at a drill, a live burn drill at Fort Monmouth.

And, uh, he was on duty.

He worked at Fort Monmouth, and, uh, they had an aca- they, we had our own academy at Fort Monmouth and, uh-
