So with all of this book writing that you are doing, so maybe you can tell us more about what's the theme, how it came about of the Make More, Work Less series.

Well, so how that came about, as we were doing all this real estate stuff, we would start to open up our mindsets with regards to opportunities and business and investments, networking with people from all over the world and learning.

more about gold and silver, learning more about crypto and stocks and whatnot.

And then we realized, wow, how come none of this stuff was ever taught to us when we were in school? I mean, if all this stuff was taught to us in school, maybe I would pay more attention in class and maybe put some money into certain things that would actually...

have some results and have some has some growth into it rather than throwing money into an rsp and and um that that type of investment which didn't work out very well and just a quick little side story on that i was i was advised by my uh my banker at the time to put money into an rsp when I first got my first job and said, okay, by the time you could buy your first home, you could take some money out of RSPs and then pay for your first home.

Well, by the time I was ready to buy my first property, my RSPs were less than how much I put into it.

And instantly I'm like, well, that's not going to work.

So maybe they will think, okay, where do I get started?
