Flora going mental, what does it mean to you?

Well, I have just announced my retirement.

So I feel like since doing that, I've been in all various states of going mental, whether that's questioning with what I'm doing for the rest of my life, actually putting the announcement out there, actually saying the word retirement, all of that.

But a more constructive answer would be If I think back to the Tokyo Olympics, I mean, there's many stories I could tell there where I had really had to dial in my mental lessons I've learned throughout the years.

But we're sitting in the briefing, which is already quite an intense environment, two days out from the race.

And every morning we're getting tested for COVID.

So you're doing your best not to get COVID.
