It means continuation of our service and the growth of our service, being able to serve the people and the children and the families in our communities.

Fiona, just in terms of that, I imagine that Sensational Kids has more people looking for services and looking for things to do than it can provide.

What was your journey to get there?

Yeah, it was unusual, actually.

Because, yeah, people always say when you start in law, are you going to be a solicitor? Are you going to be a barrister? And I was like, well, you know, there's so much that we could do in the world.

And I don't know if I just want to be one thing.

And for some people, you know, it soothes them just to, that is their role.

They want to be the best solicitor, the best barrister.

They want to go that route and that's perfectly fine.

So when I was in year 11, to get picked in the junior Australian squad was amazing.

And then year 12, focusing on my study, like a really big year for me, and I was completely dropped from that squad six months out from the Junior World Cup.

So that mindset piece has just been really, really critical, and it was then.

Um, I'm a firm believer that your beliefs become your thoughts, your thoughts become your feelings, and your feelings become your end action.

So I think at that point of in time, I could have easily just thought, "Oh, selectors don't rate me.

I'm not good enough.

Can you take me through your attitude through that time?

things, are they like, oh, well, I've made this booking, but I haven't made the next booking or I'm just not as organized as I should be?

Yeah, so some people just come in thinking that they just want the tour booked, but then they haven't thought about do they want to spend time in the destination before the trip, after the trip, what hotels, what's the best places to go to, make the most of their time off.

And I was

listening to some of the reviews from some of your clients before, and a lot of them said when things go wrong, it's really good to have an RACV agent on the line as well.

Yeah, so we do our best to provide everybody with the best avenue of contacts while they're travelling so that we can do those emergency calls where we can fit it in.
