So as I grew, the first member of staff helped me doing sales and would help in production as well.

Um, and I then had to slowly let go of some of the production because I couldn't be in production, and in the office selling, and speaking to customers, 'cause customers only knew me by face because I delivered to them.

So more often than not, if someone answered the phone they wanted to speak to me 'cause they knew that I was the person that delivered, I was the person that took the order.

So having to then say, "Actually, I'm better placed not always doing production.

Perhaps I'm better placed being in the office," that was a horrible lesson to learn because the office isn't my favorite place.
