I usually start with the history because it sort of sets the context for who we are.

So we were set up in 1963 in Woolwich in South East London by a vicar and some local businessmen.

And they were men in 1963.

But they were very worried about homelessness and they were seeing a lot of people coming into the vicar's church worried about their homes.

So they got together with about 600 quid and they bought Ellen Key's first home, which is in Rockley Road in Plumstead Common, which we still own.
