So what year in school were you at that point? So you were probably what? 15.
31:22
third year fourth year in school luckily enough I was going back into transition year at the time and it where I went to school was like a destination school so it wasn't necessarily the local people that I'd you know people traveled on train and things to get to this particular school and when I walked through the door, people didn't necessarily know what I'd gone through that summer.

And that was very challenging.

I suppose I buried it a lot and just got on with things.

There was no talking about mental health back then or having the kind of conversations that we do now.

How did that affect your experience in school and education? Yeah, that's a great question, actually.
32:14
It made me really thrive in English because we studied poetry and the book.

Were you good at school? Well, what does good mean? Well, did you enjoy school? Did you get the grades that were expected of you? Were the teachers happy with performances? You know, and it is it's quite performance driven school, isn't it?
