Yes, I think that the most obvious one that I think everybody sort of knows, but not everybody actually gets one.

Let's say brain injury, a severe brain injury, not a simple concussion or just a bang in the head, major brain injury, an amputation, a spinal cord injury, a patient with multi-trauma, like with organs and multiple bones broken, and those you know from the start that will be expensive.

I would say immediately you need a nurse case manager because you know there's going to be a lot of coordination of care on these cases.

And if you don't want this to go from, because you know it's going to be a high-cost claim, if you don't want to go from a high-cost claim to an outrageously high-cost claim, you need to follow certain protocols.
